Consultation Fees All consultation fees are non-refundable. The ₦100,000 consultation fee is applied toward the total cost of your garment should you proceed with Fey Atelier. The additional ₦50,000 extended session fee is not applied toward the garment cost.

Bespoke Garments Due to the custom nature of all bespoke pieces, we do not offer refunds once production has commenced. Any deposits paid toward a bespoke order are non-refundable.

Ready-to-Wear Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. We do not offer cash refunds on ready-to-wear purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at feyatelierdsgn@gmail.com with photos and your order details. We will resolve this promptly.
