CONSULTATIONS
How do I book a consultation? Click “Book a Consultation” on our website, complete the style questionnaire and proceed to payment. Your ₦100,000 consultation fee confirms your appointment. Consultation details will be shared within 48 hours of payment.
Is the consultation fee refundable? The consultation fee is non-refundable. However it is credited in full toward the cost of your garment should you proceed with Fey Atelier.
How long is a consultation? Standard consultations are one hour. You may add an additional 30 minutes for ₦50,000. Please note the extended session fee is not applied toward your garment cost.
Are consultations available virtually? Yes. Consultations are available in person and virtually. Your consultation link or studio address will be shared after payment confirmation.
What should I bring to my consultation? Any inspiration images, Pinterest boards, fabric swatches or references you love. The more you bring, the better we can understand your vision.
BESPOKE
What is the bespoke process? Our bespoke process takes you from consultation through design presentation, fabrication, production, fittings and final delivery. Every piece is made entirely to your measurements and vision.
How long does a bespoke piece take? Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the garment and your event date. This will be discussed and confirmed during your consultation.
How much does a bespoke piece cost? Pricing varies by design, fabric and complexity. Your consultation is the best place to discuss your budget and what is achievable within it. The ₦100,000 consultation fee is applied toward your final garment cost.
Do you make wedding dresses? Yes. Bridal bespoke is one of our specialities. We create civil wedding outfits, bridal robes, veils and full wedding gowns with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria? Yes. We work with clients anywhere in the world
READY-TO-WEAR
How do I find my size? Each ready-to-wear piece comes with a size guide. If you are between sizes we advise you to size up for Non- stretch outfits and size down for stretchy ones,
Can ready-to-wear pieces be altered? Minor alterations may be possible. Please contact us at to discuss.
How long does delivery take? Delivery timelines vary by location. Delivery within Lagos takes 1-3 business days, Within Nigeria 2-5 business days and international shipping 7-14 days. Timeline can vary based on specific region
Do you ship internationally? Yes!
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept? We accept debit and credit card payments via Paystack.
What currency do you charge in? We charge in Nigerian Naira (₦) for Nigerian orders. Please contact us regarding international payment options.
Is my payment secure? Yes. All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Fey Atelier does not store your card or banking details.
