1. About Fey Atelier Fey Atelier is a fashion house offering bespoke and ready-to-wear services, operating across Lagos, Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

2. Orders and Payments All orders must be paid in full or with the agreed deposit before production commences. Payment is accepted via Paystack. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.

3. Consultations A consultation fee of ₦100,000 is required to confirm your booking. This fee is non-refundable but is credited toward the cost of your garment. Your consultation details will be shared within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

4. Bespoke Garments All bespoke pieces are custom-made to your measurements and specifications. Timelines will be discussed and agreed upon during your consultation. Fey Atelier is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

5. Ready-to-Wear Ready-to-wear items are subject to availability. Delivery timelines vary by location and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Fey Atelier and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Fey Atelier’s liability is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
