Consultation Cancellations All consultation fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be treated as a cancellation and a new consultation fee will be required to rebook.

Bespoke Order Cancellations Once a bespoke order has been confirmed and production has commenced, cancellations are not accepted. If you wish to cancel before production begins, please contact us immediately. Any deposits already paid are non-refundable.

Ready-to-Wear Order Cancellations Ready-to-wear orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us at feyatelierdsgn@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
