Consultation Terms & Conditions

Your consultation is a private, personalised styling session with the Fey Atelier team. During this session we will:

• Understand your event and vision
• Recommend styles that flatter your body
• Guide fabric and design direction
• Outline timelines and pricing

Consultation details — including your virtual link or studio address — will be shared after payment is confirmed.

Consultation Fee The standard consultation fee is ₦100,000 for one hour. This fee is non-refundable but is applied in full toward the total cost of your dress should you proceed with Fey Atelier.

Extended Session An additional 30 minutes may be added for ₦50,000. Please note this extended session fee is not applied toward the cost of your dress.

Cancellations & Rescheduling The consultation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. After 48 hours, consultations can no longer be cancelled or rescheduled.

Confirmation Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive your consultation details within 48 hours of payment.

Privacy All personal information collected is used solely to prepare for your consultation and will never be shared with third parties.
