Consultation Terms
Your consultation is a private, personalised styling session with the Fey Atelier team. During this session, we will:
- Understand your event and vision
- Recommend styles that flatter your body
- Guide fabric and design direction
- Outline timelines and pricing
THE DETAILS
Everything You Need to Know
01 — BOOKING FEE
The booking fee secures your one-hour consultation with the Fey Atelier team. This fee is non-refundable. If you proceed with a bespoke order following your consultation, the booking fee will be credited in full towards the cost of your outfit.
02 — EXTENDED SESSION
Need more time? You may extend your consultation by an additional 30 minutes. The extended session fee is non-refundable and is not credited towards the cost of your outfit
03 — CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Booking fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation cannot be accommodated, and a new booking will be required.
04 — CONFIRMATION
Your appointment is confirmed only once the booking fee has been received. Your consultation details, including your virtual meeting link or studio information, will be sent within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
05 — PRIVACY
Your personal information and any details shared during your consultation will be used solely to prepare for and provide your Fey Atelier service. We will not share your personal information with third parties except where required to process your booking or by law
06 — CONSULTATION DETAILS
Your consultation may take place virtually or at our studio, depending on your selected appointment. The relevant meeting link or studio details will be provided after your booking has been confirmed.
