Our Process
Our bespoke process is thoughtfully designed to deliver a seamless, collaborative, and refined experience — guiding you from concept to completion with intention and care.
Consultation
Every bespoke journey begins with a personalised one-on-one consultation, typically lasting one hour, where we take time to understand your vision in depth.
During this session we:
• Discuss your inspiration, occasion, and personal style
• Consider your body type and the most flattering silhouettes
• Collaborate on design direction and creative possibilities
• Take your measurements (in person or guided virtually). Consultations lasts for 1 hour for ₦100,000 or $90 (non-refundable). Additional hours (if requested) are ₦70,000 or $65 per hour
The initial consultation fee is credited toward the final cost of your garment.

Design Presentation
Following your consultation, we present a custom design sketch and moodboard to help you clearly visualise your piece. This includes the design structure and detailing, colour direction, fabric and embellishment recommendations as well as a payment invoice.
Once the design is reviewed, approved, and a 70% deposit is payed, we proceed to fabrication.
Fabrication
At this stage, we source and present the fabrics and materials that will bring your design to life.
Fabrics may be:
• sourced from premium mills and specialty suppliers
• specially developed or custom-made to your specification
Once fabrication options are approved, timelines for custom fabric development will be communicated before production begins.
Production
Our bespoke production timeline typically ranges from 6–12 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design.
• A detailed production schedule is shared before work begins
• Express orders may be accommodated with a 30% priority fee
• Each garment is crafted by skilled artisans with meticulous attention to detail
Fittings
To achieve a flawless fit, fittings are scheduled as needed:
Base Fit — assessment of foundational fit
Process Fit (optional) — refinement and proportion adjustments
Final Fit — confirmation of fit and finishing details.
If you are unavailable for in person fitting, other fitting alternatives can be arranged as requested.
Final Approval & Delivery
Once your piece is approved, and balance is cleared, you may choose:

• secure shipping to your location
